This year, the Village Green, and Nottingham and at large positions were elected.. We also had a resignation in Ivy Lake and filled that position.

These are the Bylaws of Cunningham Creek Plantation Property Owners Association, Inc. The purpose and object of the Association shall be to own, maintain, and repair the Common Areas, enforce the covenants and restrictions, and to exercise any other rights, powers, and duties granted to it.
