CCPPOA Owners in Bridgestone and Lake Cunningham
If you are an owner in Lake Cunningham or Bridgestone, you belong to the Cunningham Creek Plantation Park Association, Inc. (CCPPAI):
(1) New owners request an access card from our Community Association Manager (CAM).
(2) Existing owners, you may have missed your Park HOA dues payment and therefore your pool access card could be deactivated.

Other CCPPOA Owners
(Owners outside of Lake Cunningham or Bridgestone): If you are an owner in Bay Point, Ivy Lakes, Nottingham or Village Green you can purchase a Pool Pass. Fill out the documents and submit them to our Community Association Manager. Click link to access:

Tenants
If you are a tenant within Lake Cunningham or Bridgestone and either need a new pool card or your current pool card is not working, one of the following might apply:
(1) Current tenants, submit your lease renewal to our Community Association Manager (CAM) to confirm you are still the tenant.
(2) New tenants, your landlord needs to complete forms and send to our Community Association Manager (CAM) with fee for new pool card (noted on the form). Click link to access forms: Park Pool Forms
