Cunningham Creek Plantation is a residential community located in Northwest St. Johns County near St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. The community has 660 single-family homes and encompasses 6 neighborhoods: Ivy Lakes, Village Green, Nottingham, Bay Point, Lake Cunningham, and Bridgestone. Inside Cunningham Creek Plantation there is a community pool and park for families to gather and enjoy. The residents regularly plan community events centered around the pool and park including food truck nights, special events, and holiday celebrations. The neighborhood is located near top-rated public schools, beautiful nature-filled parks, Julington Creek, and local shops. All homeowners are members of the Cunningham Creek Plantation Property Owners Association, with low HOA dues of only $338 a year. The neighborhoods of Bridgestone and Lake Cunningham are also part of the Cunningham Creek Plantation Park Association.

Cunningham Creek Plantation has a quiet pool with restrooms, a shower, and ample lounge chairs. The pool is located next to a relatively new playground structure, a large open field with soccer nets, and a swing set. It is a focal point for community events and family fun.
The Cunningham Creek Plantation Park Association has a separate annual fee ($195) for all of the residents in the Bridgestone and Lake Cunningham neighborhoods. This allows access to the pool during the open season from March 1 through October 31. All other neighborhood residents may purchase a Summer Pool Pass for $150 (+$20 key card deposit) that is good for 90 days. For more information contact the CCP Park Association.
