The Architectural Review Committee (ARC), reviews all architectural change and addition requests. As a deed-restricted community, we are required to abide by our Covenant & Restriction and our Architectural Guidelines. Our review process seeks to preserve the beauty and aesthetic design of our property along with promoting the property values of our development.

The Social/Community Events Committee seeks to find ways to foster a cohesive and welcoming community.

Establish and operate an effective system to keep homeowners informed and up to date on CCPPOA meetings, events, and information.

The Landscape/Irrigation Committee advises and assists the Board of Directors by promoting, preserving, and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of common areas owned and maintained by CCPPOA and encouraging the highest level of maintenance of the association’s physical assets.

The brick and mortar monuments with signage at the entrances to our neighborhoods as well as lighting and electrical wiring of the monuments are reviewed by the Monuments/Fences/Electric Committee to ensure the structures are sound and aesthetically attractive.

The Lakes/Water Management Committee reviews the monthly reports of our lake management vendor to ensure our lakes and waterways are well maintained. CCPPOA has over 40 acres of waterways that are maintained for proper drainage, aesthetics, and a healthy environment. Charles Aquatics has been our lake management vendor since March 2015.
